Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please Contact us within 14 days of receiving them to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Step 1 - To start a return, you can contact us at info@self-sophisticated.com. We reply to your emails within 24 hours.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Step 2 - After receiving the return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

Step 3 - Drop off your package at the local post office.

Step 4 - After mailing the product(s), provide us with the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and tracking number of your return so we can expedite your refund or exchange.

Once your refund was issued, you will receive a confirmation email immediately.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not offer a Collection service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost unless a mistake is made by Self Sophisticated.

We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

Return Conditions

You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, mask and accessories.

Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

We do not offer a Collection service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost unless a mistake is made by Self Sophisticated.

We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

Order cancellation: In order to deliver the package as soon as possible, we use a local high-quality prepaid logistics company. When the order status is "Packaged", the package has been handed over to the logistics company, resulting in a logistics cost. A 10% cancellation fee needs to be applied when cancelling. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of the order is "In transit"

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Self Sophisticated does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. Self Sophisticated does not accept returns on customised products or items purchased outside of SELF-SOPHISTICATED.COM

At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to change the product you ordered, we would suggest processing a return and placing a new order.

All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds.

The product is no longer eligible for a refund 14 days after receiving the item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
