Q: How to choose your size?

A: Refer to the body size chart on our product details page. Due to manual measurements and different batches, there can be 2-3 cm size difference.

Q: Will the colour I see be the colour I receive?

A: All images are taken of the items you will be receiving. Images are professionally edited to colour match as best as possible. However, due to different screens and lightning, colours might slightly vary.

Q: I made a payment, when can I expect my items to be shipped?

A: We truly appreciate your patience. After your payment has been completed, our warehouse will ship your parcel within 1-7 business days. For any urgent orders, please make a note and inform our customer service team as soon as possible. If you have any questions about shipping, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

Q: How are the items shipped?

A: We generally offer free shipping, except some remote countries or regions, and paid express shipping. We usually combine the orders and ship together without notice. Please leave us a message in advance if you need them to be shipped separately and we can upgrade your order to free express shipping some cases if your order exceeds 6 pieces.

Q: Not fully satisfied after receiving your items?

A: If you’re not entirely happy with your items, let us know and we’ll try to make things right. Feel free to reach out to our Returns department and we will try our best to find a solution you can be happy with.

Q: How to use free local returns?

A: You can raise the dispute for easy local returns. The items must be unused, undamaged and with the original packaging. Please get in touch with the Returns department to get a free local return code. Once the warehouse receives the parcel, we will refund you the money.

Q: Can I change the order information or cancel?

A: Once the package has been marked as shipped, we can no longer change or cancel your order.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept? 

A. We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, MasterCard, Maestro and AMEX.

When making a payment using your debit or credit card, please ensure your name and billing address matches the card holder address details held by your card issuer.

We also accept payment via PayPal, Stripe, ApplePay, GooglePay, Discover, ShopPay.

Q. What if I need to modify my order?

A. If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order. Once the product has been shipped you cannot modify the order anymore.

Q. How do I cancel my order? 

A. Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. If you change your mind for any reason, email us and we'll take care of any requirement you might have.

Q. Do you provide tracking information? 

A. Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, then please contact us.

Q. I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order? 

A. We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately, this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.
